Device for rapid checking of the sealing of pipes and valves for emptying road transport tankers comprises a venturi connected between an upstream valve (3), a downstream valve (11) and a branch connection (15) to a pressure indicator (16) and a rapid coupling (12) to the outlet of a tanker. Connection of the device to a compressed air source generates a vacuum in the tank outlet pipe which is then maintained by closing of the downstream valve.
