The elastic hinges (6,7) for spectacles frame, linking the horizontal lens bar (3) and the ear pieces (1,2), are formed by an elastomer block to allow the ear pieces to swing by 90degrees, with a holding groove which engages either with the ear piece or the lens bar. Elastic pads (14,15) are against each other at the upper surfaces (1b,3b) of the ear piece and lens bar to prevent an accidental dismantling of the hinge, but allowing the hinge to be taken apart manually without tools.
