The pillow (10) includes an elastically deformable mass (12) with a base (16) and a top (14) on which a person's head is placed. The top is connected to the bottom by sides (18A,18B) having semicircular cut-outs (20A,20B) in them, forming spaces for the user's neck when the user sleeps on his/her back, and a space for a shoulder when the user sleeps on his/her side. The top includes a hemispherical cut-out (22) for part of the user's head.
