The silt is then removed as required and transferred to the hopper of a mixing plant of the type used for concrete and mixed with used foundry sand, 4-10 mm slag granules, a special cement and polymer fibers, with added water if necessary. The mixture is transported in a concrete mixer truck to the site of use and tipped directly into a trench.
