The support frame has a support arm (9) riveted on the base (1a) and two parallel arms (13,15) inclined relative to it. The outer arms (13) are longer than the inner arms (15). The inner arm (15) ends in a support (17) extending towards the outer arm (13), and a perpendicular arm (19) perpendicular to the support arm (9). Tensioning elements (21) are inserted between the angled arms so as to apply a tension force to ensure stretching of the material on the support frame.
