Vascular system stimulation device for treatment or prevention of vascular conditions comprises a case (1) with two electrodes (2) connected to it for application of electrical impulses to a patient body. The case contains electric pulse generating equipment; the amplitude, intensity and frequency of which are programmed by a doctor according to the treatment course. The device is portable and carried by a patient, with the programming and operating means inaccessible except to authorized persons. The invention also relates to a corresponding assembly with an inventive stimulation device and a further device used by a doctor for application of pulses in a similar manner, but also for transferring treatment parameters to the first patient stimulation device, which the patient can then use in his own environment.
