The mounting is created by two U-shaped retaining frames (3) each constituted by a transverse rod (7) and lateral rods (19,21) where an edge of the open bag can be folded around the transverse rods. V-shaped openings between the lateral rods have their free ends directed downwards and connected solidly to connection parts (37,39). The lateral rods are connected to the transverse rods by outward directed elbows.
