The anchoring system for a layer (P1, P2) of a covering material such as mineral wool or foam attached to a cast partition (PL) such as a wall, floor or ceiling, consists of coil springs with cylindrical ends (2) screwed into the insulating layer and conical ends (3) that are anchored in the cast partition. The springs are wound on a mandrel with a circular groove in a disc for the larger end of the conical section and a spring-loaded core for the cylindrical section.
