The frequency converter has a transconductance module receiving the input signal and a current switching module connected to the output. The common mode static currents (Iif1, Iif2) in the output are regulated in a closed loop in response to a current proportional to a reference current (Iref) independent of the static currents at the output of the transconductance module.
