The method comprises placing on support legs prefabricated concrete beams comprising a beam (2) having a principal section (3) and a base plate (4) having portions (5) which project laterally from the principal section and having a lateral docking face (6). The beams are placed side by side so as to delimit reserves between the principal sections. Concrete (12) is poured into the reserves leaving a longitudinal part (7') of the reserves without concrete in order to form a conduit. Prior to the pouring of the concrete lost formwork (13) is placed in the reserve to be left without concrete.
