Sensor mounting especially for automotive use comprises: a sensor element (2) with a sensitive zone (3) for collection of information; an inflexible transmission zone (5), for the transmission of information from the sensitive zone; and a bush (10) to which a fixing element attaches to fix the sensor to a separate component. The elasticity module of the bush is greater that that of the sensor casing and the transmission zone.
