The fastener consists of a quarter turn fixing (3) enabling its fixing on a first component and a clipping fixing (4) on the second component. The clipping fixing has a concave wall (6) ensuring the sealing at the fixing of one of the components and ensuring a support against the component on which the clipping fixing is fixed. The clipping fixing consists of several tabs (5) projecting from the wall, each tab having the shape of a lug and able to provide an engagement ramp enabling its engagement before clipping of the lug on the wall of the circular hole of the component to be fixed. The quarter turn fixing has a rectangular impression (10) intended to pass through an opening on one of the components which has an external shape of the impression.
