The device utilizes the solar energy concentrated by a convergent mirror (6) whose inclination is controlled by a servomotor (7) for heating a turbine (13) functioning by the pressure of expanding air and driving an electrical generator. The device comprises a base support (1) and an orientable support (2) whose position is controlled by a servomotor (3). The servomotors (3,7) are connected to an electronic control module (10). The orientable support (2) comprises two poles (5,18), one with an articulated arm (8) for carrying the convergent mirror (6),and the other with fixed arms (16,17) for carrying the turbine comprising a heated stator and a rotor with propellers. The turbine unit (13) also comprises an electrical starter. The orientable support (2) is mounted on the base support (1) by the intermediary of a ball bearing and is actuated by the servomotor (3) with a vertical axle. The articulated arm (8) is actuated by the servomotor (7) with a horizontal axle. The electronic control module (10) is also connected to a sensor (11) of the solar position and a battery (12). The stator of the turbine is constituted of a vertical tube with inner plates, wings and pallets. The rotor of the turbine is constituted of a shaft with suction propellers and propellers for setting in rotational motion. In the second embodiment, the turbine comprises an additional compressor with two types of pallets, the compression and rectification pallets. The base support comprises one vertical pole carrying the turbine unit and an orientable arm carrying the convergent mirror. The orientable arm is actuated by a servomotor with vertical axle and gears associated with a dented rail.
