Test kit comprises a set of applicators (20) containing different test products and/or at least one compound at different concentrations. Each applicator comprises a tube (21) containing the test product and a plug (24) of liquid or powder that retains the test product and is discharged from the tube together with the test product during use. Independent claims are also included for: (1) test for evaluating cutaneous neurosensitivity by applying a product containing a peripheral nervous system stimulant to the skin using an applicator as above, noting any dysesthetic sensation and (if no such sensation is noted) applying the product at increasing concentrations until dysesthetic sensation is detected or a maximum concentration is reached; (2) evaluating a treatment product by performing a test as above, applying the treatment product and repeating the test after a given number of applications or a given time.
