The deck has two micro circuit cards (211,212) that are precut (231,232) in a same plastic support (200) having a standard format ID-1. The deck has a program unit for accessing information specific to a microcircuit card. The program unit is provided with a sense of security by a cryptographic unit. The program unit uses a protocol SMS, multi-media messaging services (MMS) for communication between the cards.
