The swimming pool is intended to be housed inside and supported by a frame (1). The pool is composed of a monobloc tank (2) comprising an edge (4) for the reception of a coping (5). The coping is constituted from a molded resin loaded with pigments which is fixed by gluing (6) on the edge. A reinforcing part (7) constituted from a resin mass loaded with a mineral granular material is interposed between the coping and the edge. An Independent claim is included for a coping.
