Screening and/or evaluating the antiwrinkle activity of a product (A) comprises: (a) preparing, on a support, a dermal equivalent (DE) in a culture medium containing at least one (A); (b) measuring spontaneous contraction of DE; and (c) comparing the result with a control value.
