The recycling machine consists of a storage silo (1) for bulk plastic materials, having an inclined lower wall (2) situated above a compression stage (3) in the form of an inclined rectangular parallelepiped chamber with at least one moving wall actuated by hydraulic or electric power cylinders (10). The compressed material is delivered to a conical melting chamber made from metal and heated by electrical resistances to a temperature of 200 - 280 deg C, and from it the plastic goes on to a shaping and cooling stage with a tunnel producing a plastic bar of predetermined size and made from a material such as aluminium that dissipates the heat from it.
