The joint comprises exterior (12) and interior (13) joint parts with first and second exterior (22,24) and interior (23,25) ball bearing tracks each receiving a ball (14). The opening angle (alpha) of the first pair of bearing tracks opens, for the extended joint, on the side opening towards the connection side, and the opening angle (beta) of the second pair of bearing tracks, opens on the connection side towards the opening side. In the first pair of bearing tracks the opening angle, for a joint in the flexing position, at the level of the ball penetrating beyond the median plane (EM) in the exterior joint part, initially takes a zero value and then opens towards the opening side.
