The bearing unit has a bearing part equipped with a crossing orifice (21) having a counter-bracing for a fastener e.g. a nail or a pin. Two elastic straps (23, 24) are laid on exterior side of a fixing part such that they are in lateral relation to the counter-bracing. Each strap has a portion of stoppage to temporarily immobilize the bearing unit on a guide pin (40) of a tool for sealing.
