The apparatus has a support and two square arms (1, 2). One arm is positioned in relation to a femur to receive a hollow tube (12) with a blocking screw (13) and for setting in place of a binding screw at terminal level of a shaft. The other arm has a set up of coupling coinciding with a neck of the shaft. A profiled impression is formed on the external side of the shaft and coincides with a stiffening pin of the arm (1).
