The device has a strap (22) in a shape of a crown of a truncated cone for forming an adjuster unit, which is stretched between two ridges of consecutive structural units. The ridges are provided with a plate for covering an internal opening of a structure. The adjuster unit is subjected to a tension by a system to press the ridges against the structural units. An Independent claim is also included for an assembly for realizing an arch structure.
