The tool has a piston guide cylinder (22) mounted in a case. A piston (21) is operated in the cylinder to insert a fastener (13) into a support (18). A receiver (12) is coaxially connected with the cylinder for receiving the fastener. An elastic unit (30) separates the cylinder and receiver from each other. A piston fixing unit (31) is fixed external to the receiver and turned towards the cylinder. The receiver provides the guidance to insert the fastener in a fastening direction (19).
