Lightning protection device has two aluminum frames (1, 2) with different geometries and separated electrically by at least two insulators (3). The assembly is supported on an electrically insulated mast (4) and has a variable dielectric (5), such as an inert gas, inside each insulator, so that each insulator, when it compensates for energy in its interior, cancels the saturation of electrostatic charges in the atmosphere of a protected zone that cause the formation of lightning.
