The drum has a set of milling tools with two sets of rollers (36, 50, 52). The rollers are mounted around respective axes by making an angle less than 45 degrees and 30 degrees with the axis of rotation of the drum and a cylindrical shell (22) respectively. One set of rollers is moved angularly among themselves relative to another set of rollers. An external layer of each set of rollers is equipped with cutting units.
