The device has a mobile receiver (M) that is located by exploiting data received through a unique radio frequency channel exploited by three non-aligned fixed stations (A, B, C) having a transmitter and a receiver. The stations transmit two distinct temporary markers separated by an interval time and transmit digital data, in a cyclical and calibrated rhythm.
