The belt has a surface of continuous support (20) in a median division. A floating carriage (22) is integrated inside thickness of the belt. The carriage forms a unique ring-shaped enclosure space (24) stretching across entire circumference of the belt. Two distant returning units hold the belt where each unit has a returning roller around which the belt is held. An Independent claim is also included for a procedure for transporting materials.
