The prosthesis combines a tube (1) and a collar (2) of the same biocompatible textile material that extends round the tube in a plane perpendicular to its axis and has a diameter substantially greater than that of the tube. The collar can be flat or conical in shape and trimmed by surgical scissors to adapt to the diameter of one section (3') of a blood vessel.
