The device has a light weight structure in the shape of head that is fitted with a holding unit on the head. Two hooks (10) are fixed permanently to the structure at a point (19) situated in a frontal zone (2) near a root (1) of nose (9). The hooks bent air flow (8) penetrating each nostril (3) in a direction of cavity (5) and modify the turbulent air flow to a level of a nasal canal (4) of the cavity and of an orpharynx (7).
