The device has a stopper conveyer (1) susceptible to drag a shellfish by thrust on a slipping base plate. The slipping base plate is stretched to the conveyer to leave a sole of the shellfish from a supply zone to an ejection zone. The slipping base plate has two pieces (21, 22) spaced apart from each other for placing a weighing unit (4) for measuring a weight of the shellfish.
