The device has a mobile steel piece (1) of which a lower front part (7) rests on a tang (10) of a blade (15). The piece is fitted out in two longitudinal perforations (2, 3) sliding on transversal axles (4, 5) of a rectangular form fixed on lateral sides (14). The perforation (3) receives a spring (8) that pushes the piece towards the front and a projection (6) on the back of the piece permits to free the tang.
