The head has a delta shaped body with two lateral wings (21) extending from a front stretched nose (22). The width of the head at the level of the wings is less than an opening in its larger part but is greater than the opening in its narrowed part. The nose is sufficiently narrowed to traverse the narrowed part and sufficiently long to engage its end in the narrowed part when the head is inserted through the larger part. The opening corresponds to a keyhole. An Independent claim is also included for an integrated fixation clip.
