The powder composition, for cleaning loose carpets and fitted carpets, is applied by injection/extraction. The powder is composed of 30-70 vol.% tetra basic potassium pyrophosphate, 20-50 vol.% potash alum, 5-15 vol.% soda ash and 1-5 vol.% sodium chlorate.
