The device has a cylindrical tube (19) including a peripheral flange (20) that divides the tube into an upper panel (19a) and a lower panel. A duct (29) engages on the upper panel, in abutment with the flange. Prongs having lugs are provided under the flange to hold notches at the peripheral of an opening engaged by the lower panel, in accordance with a locking bayonet. A flap on the flange maintains the duct on the tube. The upper panel has an external surface with blades to hold on the parts of the sheath. The lower panel engages on an opening on a face of an extraction case of a ventilation system that abuts against a lower surface of the flange.
