The exercise stepper has a bottom rack (10) provided with a front axle shaft. Bottoms of two oil pressure cylinders pivotally connected with connecting areas for oil pressure cylinders (16) in front of two treadle bars (11). A handle slip is jointed with the connecting area for the handle. An inclined bar (12) is pivotally connected on a bottom end with a connecting area in a middle of a rear bar.
