The assembly has a set of cubes, each cube (10) with faces having an identification of an animal, taking a determined different shape on each of the faces. Each face has a recognition unit for recognizing one face with determined different shape to the other, where the recognition unit is identical for each cube. The cubes are positioned in a manner to contact their upper faces with a plane having the recognition unit. An independent claim is also included for a classification device with a cube assembly.
