Method involves comparing a code emitted by a station of activation with a user access code for activation of a service recorded in a register. Identification of a holder of a mobile equipment is requested upon entry of the users equipment code, and timer is triggered so as to limit time window for entry for identification. Alarm text is displayed on equipment and/or alarm ring is triggered if entry does not take place at within time window.
