Mortar composition for a concrete product reinforced with metal armatures (1) incorporates at least one chemical agent for fixing oxygen in order to prevent cathodic reactions on the metal armatures by contact when it is supplied with the mortar. An independent claim is also included for a method for repairing a portion of a reinforced concrete product using this mortar.
