The device has two circular plates (3R, 3S) for fixing an accessory on the side of a seat (1) of a paragliding type aircraft. A brace (4) is fixed to the circular plate (3S) by a clamping pin (5) and receives a hinge pivot (6) supporting the accessory at its end. The plates do not present any sharp angles and rigidify the flexible fabric (2) on their application surface.
