A plunger (12) and stem (13) of the valve (1), are inserted into axial through-hole (21) of valve seat (2) and axially-extending recess of valve bock (3), respectively. Valve seat and cap are engaged to a steam tube. Notches (22) and axial through-hole of valve seat are blocked by valve block, such that, upon pushing a plate (11) of valve, downwards, notches and through-hole are opened and interconnected.
