The device has two repositionable adhesive strips with one strip (1) serving for a sender and other strip serving for a receiver. The strip (1) is pasted to a flap (2) with a precut (3) for closing the flap during transporting of a frame (4). The strip serving for receiver is provided with a protection paper and is provided on the frame. The receiver cuts the flap, and peels off the paper and sticks the frame to a wall.
