The stabilizer has a toothed wheel screwing a photographic camera on a plate (1a). A handle is fixed on a plate (1b) and three plates (1c, 1d, 1e) serves as ballasts or carrying ballasts. The plate (1b) concentrates the adjustments for static and dynamic equilibrium of the camera and the stabilizer by letting the handle to move along three dimensional axes. The plates are disposed one above the other on a vertical tube.
