摘要

The method involves applying an incident wave on an object for generating a transmission signal wave. Acoustic vibration is generated at a direction of the object. A part of the transmission signal and reference wave is applied on a detection device for generating an interferogram. Coordinates of a point of measurement of the object are obtained from digital information derived from the interferogram. An independent claim is also included for an installation for optical-acoustic imaging of an object.
