The device has an ultrasonic probe that is fixed and emerging in an angle of a swimming pool. The probe emits an ultrasonic signal horizontally with an opening arc of 90 degree in a surface. A cable connects the ultrasonic probe to a receiver box. The receiver box has a calculator coupled with an alarm module to foresee an accident fall of living creatures into the water.
