P The invention relates to a device for applying (1) a liquid or semi-liquid product, in particular a cosmetic product, in the form of a line. The device comprises for this purpose a handle (2) at the end of which is presented an application means (12). Preferably, the application means is presented between two arms (4, 5) mounted (6, 7) on the handle. The application means and or to one of the two arms can be elastically deformable. For example, the application means is mounted on articulations (13, 14) at the free ends (10, 11) of each of these arms. The handle is for example detachable, and the application means is then in particular provided to be retained in a tank inside which it can be coated with the product to be applied. /P
