The device has threading and net linked to a new pipe (3), and a linking unit linked to a pulling machine (13) for advancing the device at a fitted pipe (1). Knives break the fitted pipe during advancement. Body handles an annular space (21) around the new pipe when the new pipe is linked to the device, to replace the fitted pipe by the new pipe. A hole and a canal distribute a filling fluid e.g. bentonite, in the space. An independent claim is also included for a process of renewal of underground canalizations.
