The device has a plate coupled to frontal faces of two lateral posts (2, 3), and a transversal basement (4) delimiting an opening (1) e.g. door. A hinge (12) facilitates pivotment of the plate against the lateral posts. The hinge enables rotation of the plate from an inactive to an active position during which a sealing joint is applied to the posts and the basement. A closing unit blocks the plate in the active position.
