The container has a foldable internal structure including an extension of one panel (2) and straps (26, 28, 29). The straps are joined by folding lines, to form a tubular envelop (E) defining a reception cell (A). The structure has, at the level of the cells open end (A1), a reverse foldable shutter to close the cell, so as to be interposed between the cell contents and a closing panel (11), once the container is closed. An independent claim is also included for a precut-out flong for producing a packaging container.
