The machine has a rotor axis (7) connected to a rotor (6) and includes an axial canal extending in a bearing point zone of the rotor axis and in zone of rotor where the axial canal receives cooling fluid. The axial canal is in centered single open piercing form for receiving a tube in a concentric manner where inner volume of the tube communicates with the axial canal for fluid passage communication. An independent claim is also included for a powered axle.
