The process involves subjecting male and female population of carnivorous fish to a protocol. The protocol combines variations of temperature of water and variations of lighting periods that is implemented through controlled management of temperature regulation unit and a lighting unit, respectively. The protocol has a phase of maintaining the temperature in a heating zone of 5 to 8 degrees. The protocol includes a gametogenesis induction phase, a vernalization phase and a brood rearing induction phase.
